I only take when times are tough but I take one a day for several days and notice a difference each time, maybe placebo as I've read so much about ksm66 ashwaganda and it's benefits but if something works I'll keep using.

Seems to do the job, more energy, focus

I got into Ashwaganda for its mood benefits, and tried this brand due to it being in stock at the time. The benefits this one has it that the pills are a lot smaller than your usual capsule size, so if you struggle with swallowing, they may be for you- but once this bottle is finished, I'll probably look for a more powdered form, or bigger capsules.

I’ve been taking the Ashwagandha KSM-66 supplement for about three months now and it’s made such a difference! It’s really helped with my pre menopause symptoms, especially with stress and energy levels. I feel much more balanced overall. Definitely worth trying if you’re looking for natural support.

Don’t be mislead. The total amount is 1500mg but the extract amount is only 150mg! It is the extract amount that is important. The rest is ashwagandha powder that is less important than the extract

Try to find different amount of Ashwaganda products. Best buy for has been the easiest tablet to swallow, not sure how they've managed to create such a high dose in such a small tablet but can't comment on the effectiveness yet as I've been taking it less than a month. Traditionally speaking it takes about two to three months to start to see some real effects. Has definitely helped with energy levels and focus. I would highly recommend it as it seems like a quality product and great value for money.
