So, the review page is a little odd because it asks for warmth? On a cooling gel pad? Little odd but okay.These are thinner than the normal ones you would buy at your local store, but if you leave them in the fridge until you want to use them, open and fish slap on your head or part of body, you get a rush of cold feeling and it keeps that body part nice and cool for a while, which really helps with headaches!I bought this because it's like £7 for a box of 4... When I can pay £10 and get a lot more but a little thinner...They help me with my headaches and very happy to have purchased them. There is no smell or marks, it's simple open and apply... Just use Google translate on the packaging because it's all in chinese.

I find these feel a little strange when first applied more of a stinging sensation than cooling which I don’t find with other brands and they possibly don’t cool as quickly. However, for me, as I often wear them at night to fight off migraine , these are better than main forehead brand for two reasons: 1) they actually stay on all night even when I toss and turn 2) my forehead is not a shade of blue when I peel them off as it is with other brands.

These are brilliant I suffer with miagrains they help .Don't fall off very sticky I sleep with mine on.much cheaper than the named brands .

Not as cooling as the well known brand but they do stick well and stay in place.

Just as good as the rivals although the gel slightly leaks out of the side of the package when you open them to use. I find these stay cold for about 6bhours stick well and can be taken off and reapplied in that time. Must have for the medicine box of any headache/migraine sufferer

Convenient size and package. However the first few I unwrapped were mouldy. It was on the back side of the pad, but I am not comfortable placing it on my skin. It's a real shame because they looked perfect.

The blue color is impregnated in the skin. I don't know if it's toxic.

Warning to over 40s these bad boys are cold so if you are sensitive to the old wee leaks these make you jump that cold
