FEELS LIKE OLD TIMES... BUT SMALLER☺️
I've cooked in the larger Roasters back in tha day, great pots. I'm pleased with tha "mini" version. Arrived on time, early afternoon, served my JAMBALAYA for Dinner... just like ole times and I LOVE MY LITTLE CAJUN COOKER!CHEF TENO.

No steeming/roasting rack included
Received 11 inch roaster without rack that is to be included. Roaster is well made and will be used for many recipes. I will order a rack for roasting different types of meat. The size is perfect for 2-3 people.
