NIOSH Certified Makrite 9500-N95 Pre-Formed Cone Particulate Respirator Mask, M/L Size

I went through all sorts of masks, homemade, cheap expensive, you name it. I stumbled upon these a few months ago. I wish I’d known about them at the start of the pandemic. I have a beard, a big head, and I wear glasses. I can wear the mask so that my glasses don’t fog up. The nose piece gets a bit uncomfortable after while, but you can bend it to suit you. This pack is way less expensive than the way they sell them at the pharmacy.

The price of the masks is (At approximately 3 weeks into 2022) an incredible value in comparison to others! The fit is good, and the functionality is great! I even detect the "seal" when I inhale, which means the masks are providing a great level of protection! The elastic bands that stretch to secure the masks to the face are very durable, and not the ones that many of the masks use that break so easily. I had read reviews for this product which appeared unfavorable, but I am extremely happy that I decided to try them for MYSELF!!! I would definitely purchase these again!

I was impressed by the design of these masks and was happy to get them. However when I put the first one on, it didn't take long to realize the fit was too tight and it became very uncomfortable quickly. Still, I will use them and maybe just make some simple alterations. Gotta mask up!!!

Will not buy again. I have a medium large head and these are not a tight fit. Although I fell some air coming through the filter I can feel more air pushing through the top of my nose. I have the metal band camped as tightly as possible against my nose.When I was wearing cloth and paper masks I used face gaiters to cinch the mask and seal the edges and that works with these as well. Out of the box most face gaiters are not tight enough so I need to make a seam with safety pins to cinch them tighter.

A quality mask that lessens exposures to airborne particles. A necessity for dusty work or airborne virus during cold season. Comfortable to wear.
