In the 1950s recorders were huge. Through the years they continued to get smaller with about the same quality. Now this little gem in very compact and has better quality sound than the last one I bought 30 years ago. When that one went stupid on me and I needed a new one, I had no idea how much technology had improved with recorders. My main reason for purchasing it was to verbally log each day of my trip to Europe and then type it into a journal. Very pleased with my purchase.

Doesn’t work! Sometimes it will record, sometimes it won’t. Sometimes it will play back, sometimes it won’t. Has to be switched off and on again to get out of playback mode. Playback settings have no effect (it will only play every recording in an endless loop, one in playback mode you can’t select which recording to play)Yet another non-functional item that will be returned.
