well packed & in good condition. All the plates are good and we get soft idlis, cleaning also very easy, so all good satisfied except the copper bottom kadai, its not sturdy enough and the fresh polish changed soon.otherwise, I would recommend this product.note: we have to use the tong to take out the plates from the kadai
