If it sounds too good to be true it probably is
I was amazed at the videos and so excited to try it. I think they need to include the recipe of the dough they used, bc it was a complete disaster using this for my pie top crust. The dough stuck to everywhere, i put more flour, but it didn't hold up on tries 1-5. I really wanted to like it, but again it may only be able to work w a very specific dough.

Does not work as well as expected
I make pies quite often and purchased this to make lattice crusts easier and faster to cut. Unfortunately, the tool does not work as smoothly as portrayed in the photos and the crust is difficult to lift from the surface (I use wax paper or a non-stick mat to roll out my crusts).

Good but learn from the mistakes
This works well but you have to hold the end of the dough to cut it. Sometimes it won't cut all the way through.
