Quoc Viet Foods Beef Flavored Stew Base 10oz Cot Bo Kho Brand

I was hesitant at first since Vietnamese Bo Kho is my #1 favorite dish. I am so glad that I decided to give this a try. I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. Flavor-wise it came very close to the way my mother made. Next I will try Bun Bo Hue, Pho and Hu Teu 😋😋

So tasty!! I add this in a lot of my soups and tacos.

Very tasty and not as salty as the Tom Yum mix they make.This makes a very nice base for a stew (duh) and with some potatoes, carrots, and the like tossed in the slow cooker with some stew meat makes a very nice dish to come home to especially now when the nights are getting colder. I was very pleasantly surprised and will buy it again in the future.

This was so good! Very flavorful and I hardly added any extra seasoning! The instructions were easy to follow. Just marinade beef, sauce with lemongrass, onions and garlic, then boil. However, since it's my first time, I watched the instructional video on their actual website to see exactly how it's made. It was very helpful and my family loved it! They were already requesting more! I made the stew, but I think I'll try making the pho version next time. Everything was in good condition. Will buy again!
