Q: Is the weight adjustable? Does it go from 11 kg to 14 kg or is that a separate vest?

This was bought for my nephew, after reviewing a lot of the vests , I chose this one with the iron sand , it’s meant to be more comfortable as the sand moves with the motion of ur body and keeps u more balanced rather than removable rigid weights
