Figuring out I have been iron deficient for a decade and finally doing something about it has been transformative. I have more energy, my hair is growing back. I bought this on the suggestion of the Facebook group and the "iron protocol". I wasnt able to purchase it when I started, but I bought a bottle after finishing off a different iron pill.My stomach got used to the heme iron supplement I had been on for months, and I was happy to see this in stock. It has given me the absolute WORST stomach aches and an awful taste in my mouth. Quite like plant based irons do. I've read that this company has been sued for false claims of no heme in this iron and I wouldn't doubt it. I highly suggest against this product, as it is non refundable should you have issues. It's a gamble I would suggest to anyone.

I really like this iron supplement. After doing a lot of research I wanted to take a heme iron instead of a non-heme since you have to always add vitamin C with the latter to help it absorb. I have low ferritin and needed a supplement and so far this has not upset my stomach and it’s easy to take daily.
