I am short sighted and need increase the fonts. I mean i think any normal person would need to increase the font size, but it only come in 1920*1080 resolution for a 13.5 inch screen.. That's very very small.However I contacted the support directly and they where so slow and not solution oriented at all. I had to ask multiple times before i got answers.I highly recommend to buy somewhere else and stay away not only because of the product but also because od the customer service.

I am used to a dual monitor set up at my home office, and I missed it when working elsewhere (e.g. Starbucks, hotel). I got this dual monitor extender in 2021 and it has been a game changer. It is the size of my laptop monitor and I can extend my screen, just like normal. I am regularly approached by others who are excited by it and want to know how to get one.Set up is easy with a USB-C plug and spring-loaded closure to connect to the laptop screen. It includes an adjustable leg to mirror the angle of the the laptop screen. Definitely recommend!

I purchased this monitor in April 2022. I was reclassified as a home based employee and hated being tied to my desk. I selected this monitor due to price, 2 line or 1 line connection (work computer did not have usb-c port), and no software download (not permitted to download non- employer software.). I was a bit concerned about the size of the screen but quickly forgot about that. This is now my preferred second monitor even when in my office. The screen is easy to read and adjust. It is plug in and use easy. I initially was using the 2 line connection but received a new work laptop that had usb-c ports. I needed a new usb-c to usb-c cord so I contacted the seller. I received a response to my Amazon message within 2 hours and a few days later had the cord in my hands. Amazing customer service.If you are on the fence, I say go for it. I have used this monitor for 14 months without any issues. It works great and the seller was very responsive.

Why is it taking so long to refund me prevents me from ordering replacement very disappointed.

I use the Alecwewey P2 PRO every day, and it works wonderfully! The 13.3” FHD 1080p IPS display is crisp and clear, and the dual screen setup is perfect for multitasking on my MacBook. The Type-C cable makes connectivity easy. The screens are lightweight yet sturdy, and they fold up conveniently for travel. Overall, a fantastic addition to my workstation, making my productivity soar! Also, customer service has been great to work with and receive help related to the functionality of the product.

UPDATE: After my initial issue I was able to speak with customer service for the company. They listened to my concerns and quickly replaced my product. Not only did they replace it but I believe I received an updated version which was so exciting. I have only used once but so far so good!I purchased this item January 23, 2023 and it is now March 2, 2023 and the product has already broken. In the beginning I really enjoyed this item. The look and style is very sleek, I enjoyed that is clamps to my laptop, and the screen picture is nice. However, after one use, the chords stopped working and I had to change to a different set of chords. Once I was able to figure out the chord issue, I used the screen approximately 5 more times before the hinge broke in half. I was very gentle and always made sure to use the case provided to protect the device in between use. However, the hinge work is not sturdy. Before anyone ask, no, I did not fold it the wrong way or exert any unnecessary force. I opened it and it fell apart.Unfortunately my window of opportunity to return ended last week, so I am at the mercy of the seller and whether or not they will respond to my complaint.
