The tool is fine. The case is garbage and doesn't keep the parts in order. The tool will do the job, but the parts don't actually fit in the case like in the picture.Good for a one-time DIY job.You'll spend a lot more time digging through the various dies to find the right ones than using the tool. For professional use, spend just a few dollars more on the Mastercool brand equivalent. Your bank balance will thank you. Even if you already have this item, better to buy the Mastercool which comes with a organizer/box and keep the Vevor as a set of spare dies in case a cow-orker loses one of your dies.

I was tired of messing around with the little brake fitting tools that always mess up. I got this and it was easy to use and makes flares square and simple. I will never go back to a small brake fitting tool ever again.

So let me start by saying I have not yet tried to contact vevor to resolve my issue I am past my warranty although I have never opened the tool case.When I bought this hydraulic brake line flaring tool I was working on a project and unfortunately it did not arrive before I was finished with the brakes. I put the tool on the shelf, and I haven’t looked at it in 14 months. I was getting ready to start the brake lines on my current project and went to utilize the tool for the first time and the adapter won’t fit in the adapter seat. Unfortunately there was no manual in the case, so I looked up a few YouTube videos and went to Vevor’s website and there is a manual.It appears that due to a manufacturing defect the adapter seat on top of the hydraulic ram is is too thick 1.6mm and the adapters are 1.4mm. So the tool is useless and there is nothing I can do.As a side note on Vevor’s website, about their product returns, they will not honor their warranty if an item is not purchased from their website.“ The return policy is only applicable for products purchased on VEVOR.com. We will not be responsible for VEVOR products purchased from anywhere else.”So looks like I have to redneck a pricy knockoff to work. I should have just bit the bullet and bought a Mastercool.

What I like about this product is, you can make the repair go smooth without any hassle. The kit comes with multiple of options.

Tool worked well and was good quality.

So I bought this for my buddy who is a mechanic and every time we talked about break lines he would mention how nice these hydraulic flaring tools are. He was using a mismatched manual set that he had from over the years. After he helped me with a long time project of mine and refused to take a dime for the help, I ordered this for him. He has told me it is an amazing improvement.
