Amazing quality. Well made and has great tension. Way better than the cheap bands you can find out there. I have used resistance bands for over a decade and these are some of the best I’ve tried.

These 32inch bands are only good for chest presses.they are described as good for people under 5ft 10.well I'm short at 5ft 4,and I still found them too short.i will stick with my 41inch bands and just wrap em once or twice around my feet to take up the slack.also these bands have powdery coating on them,which doesn't come off.some people maybe allergic to this.having got the powder on my hands,I must have rubbed my eyes somehow.and the reaction caused my eyes to irritate,and sting.just be warned of this.the company should say about the powder on the bands.these bands are waste of money....

I bought my bands separately but wish I'd got them as a set, as it works out much cheaper. I use the bands for X3 since I'm 5'4" and the 41" bands give far too much slack. I've had these for almost a year now and still think they are brilliant 👍
