We started using Kofinis Oil when we lived in Cincinnati where the company has its US stores. We love it, and continue to but it and use it, even though we have moved away. I used to be able to find this olive oil at a local market, and they stopped carrying it, which was heartbreaking! I was so happy to find it available on Amazon. This olive oil has such a great flavor you could drink it right out of the bottle. Great for cooking, salads, etc. I've been buying this olive oil for years, and it never disappoints.

I did not know when purchased that it is a plastic bottle(not glass). Plastic breaks down over time. High quality oil in a plastic bottle is not ideal for me.

I add this to everything salads.Pasta's dressings I use for Caprise a salad.Love love the taste great value for the price a little goes a long way on flavor

Excellent oil & taste, however disappointed it came in plastic bottles? these didn't look like plastic, although I didn't think they would be... usually good oil is in glass or tin. SIgh, may just use for moisturizer for my kids.

I am a professional chef, I only use Kofinas when cooking for family and friends. I first discovered Kofinas oils when at Findlay market in Cincinnati. Since then I have not purchased any one else's. The body and flavor is wonderful and can be used on anything from salads to proteins. I recommend checking out there entire line.

The real deal!!!!Very good, high quality olive oil.Wonderful costumer service.I hope that in the future the oil will be delivered in glass bottles, rather then plastic, since plastic is not the best for the health.Over all- very satisfied and will be a loyal costumer forever!

Really excellent produce. Earthy, full and rich flavor. Even its smell takes you straight to the med olive groves on the island of Crete. Tried it with barley rusk, tomato, feta cheese and oregano. Magnificent savorous experience.
