Originally had a problem with the order, but the company contacted me immediately and made good on my purchase and they did so in a expedited manner. Also the Toblerone was fresher than in my local store .Would definitely buy from them again.

Was in good shape and not melted. If ordering in a hot climate make sure the delivery is quick.

I love Toblerone!!! But not the new type of Toblerone. I guess my old Swiss people moved its production to a less expensive place and changed its ingredients and packaging ! What a pity!! Besides its price has doubled! Please speak to your vendor about it!

I bought this as a gift for my coworkers at the hospital and it was so busy that day that everyone ate all twenty bars in one day. This chocolate is the best and gives you a taste of Switzerland while we live in slum town nj.

Items received are for gifts. I believe, all are in mint condition. One box was opened, but all bars are accounted as indicated on the box.

The product is wonderful , WHEN SHIPPED CORRECTLY. My last 2 shipments arrived as about a 5 pound melted glob. Where I live there is no cool area to leave my order, so when it’s 100 degrees this is going to happen. YOU MUST HAVE IT SHIPPED WITH A COOLER PACK TO HELP PREVENT THIS.Eighty-eight flippin’ dollars down the drain! Shame on you supplier/shipper for not doing this on your own.
