RadBizz FirstChoice Hat Stretcher - One Size Fits All - Heavy Duty - Stretchworx Beige

I got a Stetson in college (over a decade ago). I've never been able to really wear it because it was too small. My soon to be SIL is having her bachelorette in Nashville and I figured this was as good a time as any to finally try to figure out a solution for the hat. It could still do with some more stretching, but it now fits very comfortably on my head!

Really not too much to say about this. If you need one, this is a good one to buy. It's well made, easy to adjust, and has clear instructions. You can simply boil some water and use the steam to help aid the stretching.

I found a really good deal on a Stetson but it wasn't my size. No problem I thought, I'll get a stretcher.When I got this one it's very nicely made, the wood is smooth, the hardware clean, sturdy, functional and refined. My only issue is probably hat specific and that the wood blanks are a little too wide and "circular" for this particular hat.It fits in the hat just fine, I think because mine needs to be stretched honestly more than it should, the wide wooden ends are a little restrictive. But I can't fault the product for that, again I think it's specific to my scenario.But this works great to loosen up the hat and also keep the desired sizing/fit if you're going to store the hat for a while without wearing. I'd still buy this product again if I had to do it over.

I never usually leave reviews on products but for this one I had to! I bought a Stetson 7 1/8 and returned it because the sizing runs small for that specific type. I then ordered a 7 1/4 which was still tighter than I like so I purchased this hat stretcher.I left the stretcher inside my 7 1/4 Stetson for about 4 days (make sure to wrap your hat in some sort of plastic to not damage it) and when I put it back on it was a 7 1/2 perfect fit for me!As someone who typically has shorter hair in the summer and longer hair in the winter having a tool like this helps so I don’t have to buy multiple hats.Highly recommend this product to all of my friends, family and fellow Amazonians 🤠

I haven’t wore a few fitted hats i own in a while because it shrunk over the years. Until I found this product I have brought all my old hats back to life! Good product

I steamed the band of the hat really well and put the device in there, but tightened it more than I should have. The hat came out a few sizes too big, but I steamed it again, and heated it up with a hair dryer, and it shrunk down to where I needed it to be when it dryed. I recommend tightening it gently the first time around. You can always do it again.

I tried to stretch a leather hat from a size 7.5 to a slightly larger size for a better fit, however, when the stretcher is extended to the maximum width, the screw misses not allowing it in effect to stretch the hat at all. This stretcher should have had a slightly longer screw, which would have allowed for a wider stretch without the screw hitting its max. I assume that for a felt hat, this stretcher may work satisfactorily, but for a larger leather hat (also advertised in the listing), unfortunately, the unit did not produce the effect intended, despite following leather hat stretching instructions involving spraying water and other steps. I also tried to add some material to the interior rim of the hat to try to have a smaller opening, but by then the screw was stripped and therefore useless. So now I'm left with a tight hat and loose stretcher!

I have several of these now and use them to keep my hats fitting the way I like. Super easy to use and well made. Definitely recommend.

Worked just like they said it would.Required a 14 mil spanner to tighten the stretcher and with the help of a little steam I now have a hat that fits.When I’m not wearing the hat I leave the stretcher in the hat to keep the size right.
