A lovely addition to my seasonings and herbs.
I’ve been experimenting with this lovely lemon powder in both sweet and savory dishes, soups and sauces, teas and cocktails. I like that it’s more mild than the culinary essential oil; it’s easier to fineness the intensity, though I use both and have combined the two.

Wasted money
This product neither smells nor tastes like lemons/lemon zest. I used it in a recipe, was highly disappointed and threw it out. Not returnable, so I wasted my money.

I expected it to be more granular and less powder. It is good though.

Good quality and grind
I used this lemon zest in a white chocolate and coconut cookie (no bake) that required lemon juice and zest. It worked wonderfully but I may be more conservative in my measurement of the zest next time. Tasted great but the dry measure of zest is to be considered versus fresh. So happy to have found this product. Works well with steak seasoning for beef and pork also.
