Was having to get up all night long to help husband pee. Now get to sleep through night and not a drop has spilled. Really easy to put on, a little harder to get off, but getting better at it. Husband says comfortable. Love this system!

My Dad says these seem to work well for him. The pull tab takes just a bit of practice, but once you get the hang of it, it goes on quickly. The adhesive seems to hold well, but will start to slip a little after 18 hours, but you should change it every day, 2 days tops. fits standard bags well. Ensure you get the right size to avoid leaks, for any condom catheter (very slightly larger is better than too small).

These are ok. They don't come with the plastic insert you need to connect the tail of the catheter to the bag's tube. Takes practice to put them on someone. Just take your time and you will get it.

External catheters are hard to find. Being able to purchase them through Amazon was a godsend. Easy to use and easy to remove.

I use these in my aircraft so I can pee when I want without landing. The bellows makes it such that you never get a kink, even if the hose and your junk are pointing in very different directions. The adhesive holds on securely, but not so securely that it's painful when it's time to remove. I tried the cheap ones and have had plenty of blowouts and leaks. Don't skimp unless you wanna be covered in piss, literally.

Initially, I was using another brand that was advertised as extended usage. However, they must have changed the formulation of the adhesive because by the end of the day it would tend to slip off spilling the contents. Very embossing! So I went back to the Coveen Optima Male External catheter. I've used them for some long days and so far they have all remained securely on

Only because there is no “zero” starss. There maybe some more useless but I can’t name it. Unless you have an exceptionally long penis these things won’t work for you.

As a nurse of many years I have seen so many different catheters and by far these are very good. My husband would be up(and I would then be up also) at least 6 times a night. Have only had 1 leak out of 4 months. Used every night. It was my fault. Make sure you use the correct size. If too big will definitely leak. Once attached to the urinary bag its all set and just make sure the bag is closed so no urine leaks out. Honestly these are very very good compared to what I have used in my long nursing career.
