Its just green tea with bits of dandelion roots. It doesn't have any aroma. But its gives strong green tea flavour. I don't see any weight loss or other such claim. But yes its a good strong green tea you can enjoy. For rest you need a good habits and avoid over indulgence.

The product description created an expectation of a rich blend, but it turns out the dandelion roots are very sparse in each tea bag, barely making up 1% of the contents.
