What not to say?? I LOVE this fat burner!! Old School Labs has done it again!! Made another epic supplement added to their awesome Vintage line. This muscle burning fat burner does what it says WITH FLAVOR!! Can’t get enough of this fat burner! Gives me enough energy to blaze through my cardio sessions. I’m looking very much forward to continue my use with this going into my cut. Been using it to cut excess fat from bulking, and now planning on going even deeper with it. Thank you Old School Labs for another affordable and valuable supplement.

Okay, so first and foremost thank you Old School Labs for being completely transparent with the ingredients that are in Vintage Burn. The taste is top-notch, no joke the method I use when taking Vintage Burn is to pour it into a 20-ounce bottle, and midway through I fill up the rest of the bottle with water to keep the taste going! It is that good, which is unique when it comes to fat burners. I am currently working on cutting and Vintage Burn has come in hand, it even has Green Coffee Bean Extract which is said to help with mood stabilization which can be quite handy when being in a caloric deficit! Definitely would recommend this product to anyone. The customer service is great and their loyalty to the ethical approach to bodybuilding is commendable.

In the past I have used the Vintage Burn pills and found them super useful, however, the powder is becoming my ultimate fav because of its taste. This product is extremely effective in conjunction with eating clean. I would recommend this product to everyone needing an extra boost with energy and weight loss.***update***I loved the kiwi strawberry flavor and purchased the peach mango and I absolutely loved it. This has quickly become my favorite!

So far...I have to be honest. I've sorta been that miracle weight loss junkie that tries tons of bleh. Of course I'm not a person who cares for flavor so...flavor is meh.But overall, I've been clean eating for about 3 months now and as of right now, I'm at 270.0 lbs, sort of a stand still at the moment and I'll honest I'm waiting on results. Now I know I can't expect to see results here and now, but I've been on a "rest" this week (may 2-5) from the gym (it's because of work and travel and seriously, no gym in this one horse town) but I'm feeling full nicely without all the vomity feelings and fast food makes me sick. But overall I'm gonna update ya'll and to show I'm real, ummmm ummm well I'm seriously doing this to look good again so i don't feel all self conscience (idk if I spelled that right) and I'm gonna win this war on fatty. So wish me luck! As for the product, still waiting, but fuller faster, and not hungry hungry like I used to be. I eat like greens and hardly any fast food, if fast food, I stick with salads and grilled chicken. Unsweetened Ice tea or water or both. Ta da everyone!UPDATE: 5/15/2023, okay, well I have went down to 264 lbs last week and now I'm out. Great...I'm gonna try and order pack cause this is small! maybe because it works, but remember, you have to work with it! not pop a pill or mix a drink and that's it, nope, I eat small portions and walk, (jog and run very rarely) walk! it's okay, we're all not track stars, but walking is really keeping me focus. so I'm getting there, slowly but surely. I'll update y'all when my next batch comes in.UPDATE: 7/5/2023, Well well, I've been well. So far, I've been doing quite tasty for this burn. I need another bottle. From what I wrote last time, i've sorta cooled down from the clean eating, but not completely. I've been just eating "correctly" if i may phrase it that way. Like no or little bit of sugar, portion control, all that healthy eating crap. Anyways, I've dropped to 243 lbs so far! I was on a roll but I'm running out quickly of the 3 times a day. It's so quick and it happens without notice. I thought I was like at 255 lbs when I was on it in June 2023, but heck, by the end of June, i was at 243 lbs. so far so good, lets see how low I can go before it stalls out on me and I move onto something else or this may take me all the way down to 150 lbs. (My goal weight) later!

I love this product. I think it was the product that boosted me losing weight. I take this along with the vintage preworkout. I’ll mix the vintage preworkout and the burn just about 15 minutes before working out and I’ll take a second scoop 30-40 minutes after I started my workout just to finish stronger. I obviously have a diet I follow that low in carbs and this product has definitely helped me.

This made my hair fall out. by the 3rd bottle I nearly had a bald spot right in the front and just clumps of hair with the root attached falling out. It's starting to improve now that I've stopped. I believe it was causing some issue with my thyroid. If it has tyrosine, it probably might cause hyperthyroidism which can cause hair loss too. But not sure. Seeing that it help have energy who suffered from hypothyroidism, this statement might be correct. Eitherway, it made my hair fall out and walked out my thyroid levels. It did help me lose weight, but I will not be taking this at the price of losing what's been my beautiful luscious hair. Nope....not any day!

This by far has to be the best fat burner I have used so far. Vintage burn is my go to for my fasted cardio sessions, I use this every single day for my competition prep and let me tell you it gets me sweating! Not to mention the taste is top notch! Definitely recommend.
