Still in use after a few years
The recipient of this item says the microphone and ear piece are good quality and much better than expected given the reasonable price.

Great Value for Money!!
I've used headsets for work for 13 years, some have cost a fortune and feel really cheap. Not this headset, this is the first I've had to purchase myself (other were supplied by company) and this is the best quality headset I've worn. The cable is a lot longer than expected and I love the fact I can quickly disconnect the jack cable and connect it to my phone.

Great item, my second in 4 years as cable on the old one started to fray.

Poor sound quality
The sound quality is quite bad that when I am on conference calls, my colleagues at the other end can hardly hear me; even I put the volume to the highest level. This is something the seller needs to look into. Otherwise, the headset looks premium in design, but lacks good sound quality. Improve on it and you will get me to buy it again.

Wire issue
Wiring was dodgy and broke after a few weeks use , only works if you hold the wire in a certain way
