Apple Pectin

This is a really great apple pectin product. Pectin is very important and useful in the body when healing the gut, and it is very good at removing toxins. Also, supports your healthy microbiome (good gut flora.) This is a finely powdered product that dissolves easily in most anything, and can be put into capsules, if desired. Definitely a quality product. It was fresh upon arrival (I could tell by the smell that it was fresh) and packaged and sealed well in foil packaging.

Taste terrible but it’s to be good for my use so???

I am not happy with that product because when I ordered I couldn't find ingredients of this product, when I got it not just pectin but some dextrose, plus so expensive, I thought if it's expensive it will be the best product but it is not.

Dose not mix well in cold water

Excellent thickening agent to use if the vegan gummy bears I make.

I assumed that this was apple pectin, but the ingredients have added dextrose. It tastes very sweet. This is probably fine for making jams/jellies, but do not take this as a fiber supplement for your health.

This product works well.
