I use it more as a neck warmer than for protection from sparks. Good for necks with athritis. It does not sit tight to the skin which makes it even more likely for sparks get caught behind it and burn the skin. The material got to be more elastic and tight to the skin after sleeving the neck protector over my head. You get what you pay for. Fast delivery.

I look like royalty, or maybe nobility in it.If I lived in a different age, I could see myself wearing it daily in case of enemy ninja.

My husband has been doing some welding work on some mufflers and this has kept him from getting sparks down his shirt and off his neck. It is lightweight enough to wear during the project but adds alot of protection while he is working under the cars. Fits snug but isn't tight.

This item was not at all similar to the description and picture. It is more like a simple gaiter, but way way too small/narrrow. Not flanged around the collar. Flimsy as all heckin
