I got it for my new flat. Delivery was impressively fast. The guys were very helpful and kind as they had to bring the sofa up to the third floor. They installed it and show me how to use it. Very nice people and great service. The sofa itself is beautiful. It has loads of storage which is so handy. It fits my living room perfectly and it is comfortable. You won't soak in it like after you can't get up. It has the right firmness that for some people could feel little hard. But ot is perfect for me.

I have had this sofa for a few months now and fortunately I can start to feel the wooden struts underneath the cushions which can be a bit uncomfortable. The sofa does look nice but I think this would be better as an occasional sofa rather then one that is used every day.I cannot comment on the sofa bed other than to say when pulled out it is a good size.Would I buy it again....probably not..but you get what you pay for...

Beyond expectations.. I love it.. the quality is solid.

We got it a couple of months ago for the apartment we were moving to. Unpacked it recently as we finished moving and all other new furniture is in place, but unfortunately as you can see on the pictures, the back of it is just broken. The hangers are just randomly attached to some loose fabric and that’s it. It keeps falling out too, whatever we did it just falls out like that and it’s disappointing after paying £500 for it. Contacted them, I got a reply saying the customer service will assist me better with my issue, but haven’t heard from them yet and we’ll see if I ever will, cause they don’t seem to be in a hurry. The rest of the couch is not amazing either, it’s quite hard and uncomfortable. The design is great, but that’s about it when it comes to pros. Just feels like it’s made extremely cheap, which doesn’t surprise me as mine is literally broken without even using it yet. I don’t know, I’m just hoping I can solve it somehow. I’ll update the review once they finally contact me and give me their options.So I contacted them, first they tried to lie to me and said that if their people didn’t set up my sofa upon delivery, then I have no warranty rights. So I said I’ll go to small claims court then, cause it’s £500 we’re talking about and they provided me with a faulty item. So they offered to send people who delivered it to my house to check if it’s assembled correctly. Sent them pictures of the broken parts and said it’s not an assembly issue and I don’t want an appointment. So I woke up to a text to my phone number, that they booked in an appointment with someone, who’ll come to me on Monday and do an assessment. They completely ignored me saying I don’t want an appointment, we already had one on our own and this this is simply broken. Moreover, me and my fiancée work 12 hours shifts, so we won’t even be home and I won’t bother to call and cancel the appointment I said I don’t want, it’s their problem from now on. They don’t listen, they try to lie to you, they’re not helpful at all, they just want to keep your money and they’re disrespectful. Customer service is horrendous, their product is cheap which shows in more than one way, besides being delivered broken. I don’t have time to argue like kids with people, who ignore my proofs of damage and what I’m saying. So yeah, don’t buy from them. They are shady and scammy. Save your money, get something else.EDIT: almost 3 weeks later and I had to file A-Z claim against them. Thankfully I was still eligible. When I filed the claim they CALLED ME and they were like “ once you cancel the claim we’ll be able to come up with a date for us to collect the sofa and after we have it you’ll receive the refund within a week “. As Amazon CS told me, the seller CANNOT call you and they CANNOT ask you to cancel the claim. I only filed the claim after few days of trying to come to a solution with them, but they were saying my warranty is void, cause I didn’t use the free setup service they offer. Even Amazon guy was like, it’s complete bs and they have promise of 5 years guarantee in the description, but then they’ll do everything to not allow you to use it. Once you have a problem, they don’t care cause they have your money anyway. Super shady. Avoid.
