I have been waiting for this case to be released in the UK after seeing it on the Spigen website shortly after the launch of the iPad Mini 6th Generation, on spotting it being available for pre-order I swiftly did so albeit had a December date initially but an email soon arrived saying it would be arriving early and sure enough on Saturday 30th October it did!Firstly, why did I want this case? And what do I like about it?Having used Spigen products before, I have always been impressed by their quality, I have had several of their iPhone cases and also screen protectors. What I first spotted with the product was that there was something which held the front cover shut without relying solely on the magnets and that this would also secure the Apple Pencil to the device and whilst this can get in the way a little bit I would much rather have the security over the lack of convenience, it also provides something to grip the iPad with.When the case arrived I was even more pleased to see that the iPad Mini is protected on all sides including where the Apple Pencil docks and is something I haven’t seen on other cases (including Spigen’s other case, the Liquid Air Folio).The case offers increased protection to the device’s corners and there are perfect cut outs for the charging point, speakers and to access the Touch ID power button in addition to buttons to operate the volume.The rear of the case is clear which shows off the back of the iPad beautifully and the inside of the cover is soft and operates the wake/sleep function of the screen. The front of the cover is the polypropylene texture we have grown familiar with since the invent of the covers originally produced by Apple and there is a relatively small ‘Spigen’ logo branding on the front.The downside, this case arrived on Saturday and today is Wednesday. Unfortunately, the case on the front cover is starting to show a sign of wear with a small tear on the leading edge of one of the magnets. In terms of usage, it has been minimal - I work in a car for most of the time so the iPad is placed and removed in one of the rear seat pockets. I’d have expected it to have lasted longer - having had the previous generation iPad Mini for two years using a genuine Apple Smart Cover, it hasn’t experienced similar wear.So on the whole, I like the protection and the design. I am disappointed that the front of the cover is already beginning to wear.

Great case for iPad mini, fits both 6 and 7

Looks smart and fits ipad mini 7 (2024) and apple pencil like a glove. Assuming it doesn't fall apart its great value for money.

Dunno. Could be better regarding the stability. It feels a bit flimsy to me.It holds its position ok when you finally get to grips with the way it supports and holds the device ie when your using it as a stand.It does protect it well. I have dropped my iPad and was fine. And it feels good when it wraps your device and holds the Apple Pencil nicely.It just feels flimsy.But I would recommend it.

Nice looking item. Love the clear back. And the material is nice too. It’s very floppy though. When the front cover is folded back it’s not very sturdy at all, needs to be a bit firmer at holding it upright. The ‘hinge’ part is very thin and flimsy. Normally love most spigen items.
