Q: I bought Duracell replacement batteries and they don't work with is. Any idea why? (Yes, they are in correctly)

All this battery talk makes no sense. I can't deny that there is any problem, but 2016 batteries are exactly 1.6mm tall, as indicated by the model number. I personally doubt there is any difference in a duracell or energizer 2016 battery since it's a well established industry standard and things that take these batteries depend on those sizes to be correct. Personally I just buy them at the dollar store. 3 batteries for $1 and a set will last me a couple months with daily use.

Q: If this light has two batteries installed, does it include any extra replacement batteries?

No it does not. Our listing states that the batteries are replaceable. Another convenient option would be our XL Rechargeable SpotLit. I have included a video for you to see what it looks like. I bought the rechargeable LED collar light and have been using it daily with no problem. If yours is not rechargeable, then just a battery change?
