Does this contain gluten?

Truly not sure about gluten? The label does not say one way or the other. Ingredients are salt,dextrose,ginger, nutmeg, hot spices, and other spices. It also says soybean oil is used in the mixing process. They provide a phone # of 1-716-824-5814 (Buffalo, NY)

could this be used for Chicken or Turkey sausage? looking for seasoning for turkey and chicken sausage if anyone has any suggestions.

I am sure it would add to the taste, however, do not over use - start with a small amount and increase to the desired taste. Several tries may be necessary to get it right. This seasoning come in mild or hot, so chose to your taste. Also the amount of seasoning ( 24 ounces) is enough for more than 50 pounds of meat. Hope this helps - Jim

Only if you smoke it. If you simply make sausage patties in accordance with receipt on canister it is just a lovely breakfast sausage. Taste is spot on. It is my favorite.
