Beluga hybrid seems a bit pricey compared to other caviars they offer, but I decided to try it for my girlfriend’s birthday dinner.To say I was blown away, is an understatement. I’m a returning customer and buy from this seller all the time so I was excited to try their new Beluga hybrid gift set.I’m Russian and remember pretty well the taste of beluga, soft large eggs, nutty & buttery flavour with no fishy aftertaste...this beluga hybrid is the best i've eaten outside of true Russian beluga caviar....It was fantastic experience, we ate it with blinis, creme Fraiche and chopped onions & egg yolk with a bottle of good champagne. This is worth the cost for caviar lovers and comes with big set of blinis, mother of pearl spoons, a gift bag.Caviar arrived fast , superbly packed and tasted so fresh and delicious.I will buy the beluga gift set again for a Thanksgiving.

As I was saying I would love to give this a perfect review but I can not because in all honesty I would not know the difference between good caviar, bad or mediocre.My thinking is I am 3/4 through my life and I wanted to try something I have never had.So, I picked this out of a lineup and tried it.So me, I enjoyed it to the point that it was OK. I did not hate it but if I had to say anything about it would be I would rather use all that money for a steak dinner for 4 at a really good restaurant.It was fresh, it arrived exactly when they said it would and the company seemed to be #1 at this sort of thing.But at my level, this is not who I am and I don't mingle with the type of people who would eat this outside of a bow tie event.
