Scan function is very nice for unknown liquids. Protective case. Installed a #0, added distilled water, grabbed the temp, ran. Looked up water for the temp.Sample:1.3mPa*STable lookup: 1.296mPa*SCan't ask for better than that. Tolerance is 3%

Good instrument. Works as advertised
UPDATED review (Dec 2023):The instrument works as advertised. Buyers to make sure to add ROTOR 0 to your list of rotors to measure viscosity of liquids lower than 10 centipoise.Previous review (Nov 2023):Dont buy. Does not work. Cannot measure viscosity of water.
