Excellent knife
I absolutely love this knife. Everything about it screams quality. I'd easily have paid 4 times what I did for a knife of this quality. The ball bearing opening mechanism is super smooth and fast. The blade is thick at the spine and razor sharp and thin at the edge. The Damascus is a beautiful addition and the darker wood handle scales are a perfect match for the dark color of the blade. Deploys at the speed of light and will effortlessly slice through just about anything with one smooth action. I've pulled this knife out to cut something open in public twice and both times was complimented on by an onlooker. Easily can compete with similar knives costing $150-$200. However I got this on a prime event for $31 and it's quickly become my 'go to ' knife when dressing out for my day.

A very classy little blade.
This is the only knife that I have ever bought that had no writing on it. No logo, no 'made in' . . . no anything. That might normally be cause for suspicion, but not in this case. For the money, it is really a nice little piece of work. I cannot find one thing wrong with it. Fit & finish are top-notch. The blade tip, when in the closed position sits perfectly centered between the frame sides. That is one sign of a quality knife. VG 10 is a steel of a better quality than you might expect on a knife of this price. On my particular knife, the lock-up is centered right behind the back of the blade, perfectly. Complaints about that aspect of the "liner lock" style of knives are quite common. Often the lock-up is not quite all the way centered, causing legitimate concern. In mass-produced knives, like anything else, variations can occur from lot to lot I suppose. I do believe that quality control accounted for my knife coming out so well-fitted though.By the way, this knife was listed as a liner lock, but upon inspection, it is a frame lock. The wood scale (handle) is attached to the frame and skims over the frame where the frame bends into the lock position. So, by my reckoning, it is not really a liner lock. I would not recommend it for any heavy use such as camping though. It is a "personal" EDC (everyday carry) knife for smaller tasks, and you wouldn't want to mar this beautiful little thing up anyway. The "flipper" action is lightning fast, and with the above-average Damascus-style VG 10 blade steel and fine wood scales I think it makes for a great practical carry, and yeta nice "show off" piece as well. Cut open boxes and clean your fingernails in style!

Awesome looking and performing knife
The knife came with a very good edge. The blade surface is textured by the layers. The knife uses bearings to make opening and closing amazingly smooth.

A great knife, it has a knob that when closed can be used to quick open with a flick of a finger.
A great knife. Holds a good edge. The shape of the blade and its grind make it sharpen by stone easily. Blade lock works and is easy to access and is also made of stainless steel. When closed knife edge does not touch the frame of the knife handle. It feels mechanically sturdy and has a smooth operation when opening. it has a knob that when closed can be used to quick open with a flick of a finger (if you have strong fingers). i don't think its 'real' Damascus steel but the pattern is very attractive. The pattern is etched in so it will not come of easily. Overall its a great boot knife with a very sturdy clip.

Nice knife but the sheath is missing.
The knife is nice for the money. Its a good weight and it opens and closes smoothly. The "Damascus" is just an etched design but it looks good.I haven't decided if I am going to keep the knife only because the sheath that was supposed to be included is missing. Thats not a big deal except that I paid for a sheath and I want the sheath,.

My first Sitivien and it is good
This knife is nice and fairly compact. It has ball bearings that give it a nice smooth deployment and an easy drop shut close. The detent is strong enough to keep it safely closed, but at the same time allow for an easy flick open. The damascus blade looks good as well as the wooden scales. Good price for a knife that looks high end.

Quality control is not consistent
Out of the box, clip is loose. One screw is only halfway in and I am unable to tighten it any further. Will be sending it back for a refund.
