I've been using these for a couple of months now, and am glad I got them. I have fairly high arches, and wearing shoes without supports was not pleasant, the the "soft" inserts/supports didn't cut it. These, however, are fantastic. I can comfortably wear these all day, and they don't collapse or get flattened out. If you have high arches, I recommend you give these a try.

They give me the arch support I need for my flat feet. Walking is much more comfortable with them.

I started off thinking the price sucked, however after 1 shift I was pleasantly surprised that these inserts are worth every penny spent.

The support these insoles provide and fantastic. But the material itself is very hard and it hurts. The heel is also so tall that it feels like I am wearing flip flops when I wear my tennis shoes because it causes my foot to lift up too much. My biggest complaint is the material itself. If it was a softer material so it wouldn't hurt, this would be 5 stars all across.

They did not help and blistered my feet.

They fixed my feet! I had fallen arches, and I’ve tried other supports. These are the best ones! I liked the large ones the best, although I wear size 8.5.

It felt like a hard piece of plastic in my shoe. not comfortable or pain relieving. It actually made my feet hurt more after wearing them for 15 minutes in the house doing dishes. Not a good fit nor did they help in any way.
