My wife can’t have gluten or soy of any form. She has tried several chocolates and hasn’t liked any. Too bitter. This one she loves.

I have been looking for a replacement for my favorite chocolate bar, Barcelona by Vosges. Impossible to find except from the company. Tried this one, very very good. got it in Whole Foods…I will keep looking for it on sale.

A very good bar that has made it into my regular rotation, mostly on account of the two day shipping. Most of the high end chocolate makers produce a dark milk bar and this is one of Fruition's. The whole point of these bars is to take the nuanced cork sniffing of really good chocolate and dial it back into a more munchable conventional chocolate bar. And almost without exception these are damn good bars that you can just enjoy a big bite of. When compared to the solstice dark milk (solstice chocolate is usually my frame of reference) it's a bit darker and more complicated but still melts nicely. Be sure to have a clean palette to enjoy the subtle flavors that appear as the bar disintegrates. While not the top of my list it is great for sharing with people who would enjoy a familiar introduction to the fancier stuff.

This bar showed up melted, separated and reformed. It was awful. Which is a bummer, because I've had this chocolate from the actual company it was created by and it is delicious!

Over priced, very little flavor.

Very little flavor? Ha! This chocolate is subtle and delicious. Let it melt in your mouth. The flavor lasts a long time. I thought I paid a lot ($10) at Bread Alone in Rhinebeck, NY. It was a bargain.
