Came with all parts intact.
The little plastic covers for the legs helps to keep it sturdy and damage free to your door. The holders that go over the door has padded parts for the holder and that protects the door from damage. The cover is cheap and thin but I anticipated that and ordered a heavy duty pad and cover. That took care of that problem. I am happy with this, although the first one they sent had missing plastic leg, so I had to return and that was difficult for an old lady like me with back problems but I did not want them to charge me for the first one. Even though they said, no need to return, they sent me a label and said if I did not return, they would charge me. Had to get my daughter to take care of the return and I hate to bother her with taking care of things for me.

Okay ironing board
It seem fine when I unpacked it from the carton and since I already had a previous over the door ironing board, I figured it would be a breeze to install. First I had to figure out how to attach the hooks which was simple. Once up, I pulled the board down to see how it looked. It was a little smaller than the one I already had but still okay. Now the thing that sold me on this ironing board was that it said it was really easy to close. So when I tried to close it, it wouldn't close. It was stuck in the open position. I tried looking in the back of the board to see how it would close and then I checked the picture that came with it. It said to push the lever so first I had to find the lever (their instructions are practically nil). My two kids and I worked on ways to close it when finally my daughter found the solution. The "lever" had to be pushed very hard to release the board from it's open position. So we tried it several more times to finally get the hang of it. I never thought it was going to be so complicated but then maybe it was me or the board.....don't know. Oh yeah...the bottom of the left foot was missing the plastic piece that goes over it. So I have to contact the company to get the missing part. So overall I was just feeling average about this product based on the issues I had with it and I still haven't even used the board yet since it just came.
