I like the clear.
The uncolored version produced a beautifully colored 3 lb. loaf. I used venison. It barely fit in my Masterbuilt 30" smoker.

Works Really Good. Love these casings
I cut the casing to use in larger piece of meat (a 3.5 inch Italian capicollo) for dry curing. Tied with butcher string, then netting, and hung for dry curing. After curing I plan to simply peal away the casing and start slicing for chacuterie platter.

Great product
Been using these for 3 years now and they are strong and easy to use product and i get great results

As expected
I ordered these because I thought the 1 1/2 casings would be too small, but I was wrong. These casings are about 5# sausages. It will be good for a large party, Thanksgiving, etc. But they are a bit large for just snacking. It is too much meat and they are much bigger than the crackers I pair the meat with. Other than that, they are easy to use and held up perfectly. I have no complaints about the product itself.
