Prima TasteFragrant Hainanese Chicken Rice Paste, 1 Pack, 80g

When I ordered the Hainanese Chicken rice paste, I had assumed it was seasoning for the rice and also for the chicken. I recently vacationed in Singapore and bought the kit (picture on the right) for Hainanese chicken rice meal. It included mix for the rice, premix for the chicken, packets of sesame soya sauce oil, chilli sauce, ginger sauce and dark soya sauce. I paid less than $10 US for the kit. It tasted exactly like the real Singapore chicken rice. When I received my order from Amazon, it was a small pack (left of pic) of paste just for the rice and I paid $9.99 for it. That is a rip-off!! It is my fault for not looking closer at what I was purchasing. Anyone can make chicken rice on their own without having to pay $9.99. Just boil the chicken with bones and skin-on to get the stock. Mix some sesame oil, soya sauce with the stock to cook the rice and add couple cloves of garlic. The taste of the rice will be pretty similar to the expensive paste I just bought.

Really really small package! Very over priced and Not returnable?! Why?

Missing a lot of ingredients.

I just received this package, and only one for USD12? I thought it was supposed to be 10 or 12 packages. There was no indication of how many the price to pay for. And now I cannot return it. I will file a consumer complaint.
