They are getting five stars from me for the stellar customer service they offer supporting their product. When I received these pens The shipping package and the product package were in pristine condition. However the 01 fine liner pen was completely Dry, and the cap on the 03 was heavily damaged which would have led to it drying out in a short time. After a brief back and forth with Art-N-Fly, they sent out new ones for me. I'm not sure if they sent out new replacements for just the two with issues or a whole new set but either way, I didn't expect this level of response from a company that manufactures Art supplies like markers and pens.I'll update this when I receive them.The fine liners themselves are smooth writing with little to no smell.I was quite impressed I've only gone over a few of my sketches with this but it cleans them up great after I erase the pencil. They dry fast enough that smearing and streaking on paper are not a problem and truth be told I mainly use standard A4 printer paper so not the greatest quality paper. I haven't noticed any bleed through with this paper as well there is a great variety of line weight with this set. I do have an issue with the packaging but for the price point that isn't even a factor I'll just break out the 3D Printer and throw something together that will work awesomely.

I have been trying every thinliner i can find. Some let out too much ink at the beginning but not this one. The Art n Fly produces a very fine line and works great for writing in my bible. Their white ink pen is super great for erasing marks or writing that i want to change without globs of ink coming out the pen. I have ordered this multiple times. It is high quality and does not dry out as quickly as other fine liners have done. I saw reviews where they said it ran out of ink however, i believe that the tiny canal of ink may have dried and got clogged - because i was able to get the pen writing again after slight heat or multiple attempts to write started the ink flowing again. Hope that helps.

The smaller tipped pens were a tad dry but it could just be that the tip and the line that it creates is so fine that I felt like I was going to press to hard and ruin the tip or the color did not come out as strongly as I would like the first time but all of the the pens still wrote well and had a consistent line. The larger tip sizes 05 and 08 which I use more than anything had a great rich brown color and the lines did not smear and shaded really nicely. I am a fan!

I was really disappointed when the cap came off my prismsacolor fine point pen in my art bag at some point in time and dried out and was no longer usable (though I plan on experimenting to see if I can revive it somehow). I then bought a new one by prismacolor (same thing. It was the 005) and this time, it switched off between bleeding and spasming out. This was during the first use. I guess I just got a dud of a pen. I plan on returning it and getting my money back. Prismacolor has been a bit of a letdown so I wanted to try something else. Upon my first use of this pen, I was most impressed. This pen is, in my opinion, superior to prismacolor and performs much better.

Compared to the Micron .005, this .003 is larger. I wanted a finer point and thought I would try a cheaper brand. Lesson learned. I will use them, but not for super fine lines.

I have tried every 003 tip pen I can get my hands on. I trace fine line drawings to relax and the smaller the tip, the better. These pens are longer lasting nubs that can handle being dropped better than the micron 003 and hold more ink. They're cheaper per pen and so far the tips have held up very well and proven not to be fragile. I switched from micron to these - better value for a better pen

Never write reviews but Liz from Art-n-Fly provided such amazing customer service that I had to. I received two browns and no black in this set so she Prioriry shipped me a free set of the black pens, so I could get my Christmas project finished on time. Thanks again, Liz!The pens are great - very saturated, vibrant color, and the nib size worked well with the stencils I was using. It took a while of patient coloring to fill in bigger stencils but the ink strokes weren’t obvious and the color was well-distributed. Worth it to not need a set with bigger nibs as well. Highly recommend pens, and seller!
