I am 80 years old and have moderately high blood pressure. Tried many products and bp was always high in the morning. My doctor said maybe that is just you. But, I have read most strokes and heart attacks happen in the morning. This has a two pronged system......one in the am and one at night. Now, my bp is lower in the morning and by mid day it is usually 125/75.

Been taking for about 9 days ..I would say it's making a difference in the blood pressure #s...... keeping # at normal pressure

Let's put it this way, I don't have a consistent blood pressure and I don't take any blood pressure medicine. I'm just taking this to check if my BP improves. So far nothing and I have no clue if this is working or not.

Started working for me after 3 days. Seem to have brought my BP down 10 points in the morning on both diastolic and systolic. Will report back after a month of usage.

I cannot say if others would have this issue, but this product caused the worst reflux of my life. It seems that this supplement caused my lower esophageal sphincter to relax and acid literally shot into my mouth repeatedly during the night for three nights before I made the connection. If you are prone to GERD, be cautious!
