Horrible product Bad quality laptop
This was supposed to be a refurbished working laptop, it is not working and the charger sent with it is a usb C while the laptop does not a usb c socket

Since the product is a refurbished one ,there are chances for some problems.But the seller is good in service and they repleced the laptop with in two days after I noticed some issue in my laptop.

Corrupted hard drive
I wanted to inform you that the hard drive of the laptop I purchased has unfortunately become corrupted. To resolve this issue, I have decided to replace it with a new SSD. I must say, based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this shop.
