Helps Lower Blood Pressure
I prefer to take natural supplements for most things, over chemicals and drugs. My blood pressure has been a little high lately, so I got this product to help. It features hawthorn, hibiscus and olive leaf, all well known to me. It also contains Vitamins C and various Bs, including niacin. It has several other components as well, including juniper and green tea.I can’t say I’ve seen a dramatic difference in my BP, but then again, that’s not how most botanical supplements work. My daily readings are showing a more normal range, and I expect it may take a few months to really see the full benefits.I like that this is made in the USA, and the price of $13 for 30 caps is very affordable.

Garlic of overpowering
The garlic in this product is overpowering. You burp the garlic all day. I did also try to open the capsule and put in my shakes and the taste is so bad. Garlic all day.

Seems to be helping high BP
I have borderline high blood pressure. I've started taking this, fish oil, and magnesium to try and lower it. I actually have a home monitor and it seems that something is, in fact, doing a good job of getting my BP back to normal range. While I can't say it is these pills, the ingredients have various degrees of science and anecdotal evidence for helping with high blood pressure, so it's likely contributing.The pills have a bit of an herbaceous, garlicy odor (no surprise since it contains garlic). I have not had any flavors or weird burps, though, so the smell is just a smell.

lots of ingredients for a low price
This is a nice quality and non-GMO supplement with a good range of ingredients in decent sizes. I got it primarily for its hawthorn, which is beneficial to eye health. Pretty low price but for only a month's supply. No bad side effects.
