Applied Psychology in Talent Management

I bought this book used and even though the seller stated that it's "like new," it's not guaranteed. However, I was pleasantly surprised because it truly was.

If I wanted to read incomprehensible drivel mixed with the authors stroking their own ego, I would’ve gone and read adult erotic literature. They take foundational psychological principles and explain it in the most obtuse fashion possible. It does not help it is so pro-business and pro-capitalist. I’m surprised a French citizen hasn’t built a guillotine in the authors front yards. Some professors argue that this is the “standard” textbook for universities in IO Psych classes. If this is the standard, someone needs to change it and start over.
