I have converted the garage to a gym and this is a feature piece, Very impressed with the pulley system super smooth. Fast delivery and pretty straight forward to put the pull up bar upside down so it would fit in my garage. Thank you.

I was initially very pleased with my purchase from Hygym for the Rack system. I managed to build the cage by filling a online tutorial as the paper instructions are a bit vague. The cage itself is very sturdy and bolted together well with supplied additional plates so you can tighten the joints without bending the box channel when tightening fully. I’m 13.5 stone and doing pull-ups and dips on the supplied bars that slot into the uprights is very safe and sturdy. But when I finally loaded on 30kg weight to test the pulley system I noticed a lot of movement in the supporting top arm that connects the sliding channel to the base as load is put onto the pulley. This was a concern considering it’s only 30kg and rated at 100kg. It’s due the chrome channel only being supported by 1 hex bolt allowing the pulley arm to bend the slide arm inwards under each pull and the top support arm dropping down each time. I had been talking to customer care ,supplied multiple images and videos, thought I was making progress but then nothing due to the advisor being on leave until Dec!! Still waiting to hear back from Hygym regarding this issue, currently not using it to its fullest due to concerns of safety and longevity of the product. Due to the lack of support and poor design of the pulley system support I have to give is a low rating at this price. If that was improved to stop the movement and strain of the supporting channel I might have more confidence in the build lasting.
