Small, Powerful and kind to the carpet
We recently had our master suite recarpeted with wall-to-wall New Zealand wool carpets which were very expensive and we hope to have for many years. The carpet manufacturer recommended a Soniclean vacuum and we thought how much of difference could there be between brands. Well, it turns out that wool is much softer than synthetics and our old vacuum's rollers were eating the carpet as well as picking up dirt. The Soniclean WhisperJet C2 cannister has a very powerful vacuum that picks up all the dirt, but it does not pull on the fibers. Our previous was an upright and I am glad we switched to a cannister. It is lighter and easier to manipulate and does a great job. And the attachments it comes with cover any need we may have. My only reservation is that the unit uses a replaceable bag, but it's a small inconvenience.

Wow! Great buy
I love this vacuum. It’s powerful and easy to pull around because of the large wheels. The attachments are easy to put on and pull off. The suction is excellent! We purchased the additional accessories and it vacuumed our carpet better than other, more expensive, vacuums we’ve had in the past. The price is fair, although I wish the basic package came with the carpet attachment. The floor attachment is powerfull and pulls dust from tiny corners and crevices. It’s quiet and doesn’t smell dusty. The suction is louder than the motor. Storing it is a little bulky but I’m still very happy with it.

Solid well built design.
Suction is ballistic, and the swivels are designed into each end of the hose, which provides longevity to the hose. The Kenmore Intution failed miserably in this same department., splitting apart at both ends shortly after a year of use. The extra three-year warranty was useless. The fix was promised in each of six phone attempts but never honored in the last two years. All is well that ends, because this Soniclean Whisper Jet is hands down the better design. It goes about its work quietly and is space-age, good-looking, while comfortably navigating all the floors in my home, low carpet, and hardwood. I guarantee it will be just like new, well over a year from now!

quite, clean, tools and retractor are ok, replacement bags may be a problem.
This works fine. I do not notice any of the problems others mentioned - yet. There is one problem - the replacement bags seems to have a scent on them. For people buying this that are MCS scented bags absolutely cannot be used. The bag in the machine is not scented. I have hung one of the scented ones outside to see if it just picked up a scent in transit. The vacuum seems well made. I think the tools are fine - the floor tool does seem different, but works well. The wand is metal and that is a sign of quality, I think. It is not as strong as my previous vacs, that were all built in. But it is much stronger than the stick type I had tried. It will vacuum up small rocks/gravel and pulls stuff out of the corners well. It is quiet and does not emit any noticeable odors or dust. The extra filtration is a piece of foam after the engine, you get a replacement with the bags. That foam itself is putting voc's in the air, so this is not for extremely chemically sensitive people. I can see that the bags will be a problem, they are small and expensive. I have not vacuumed all of my house yet and it is half full. What if you can't get the bags? What if they don't ship them to your country anymore or the company stops making them. The bags are very well made. I think they could be emptied and then sealed back up. There is no cloth bag outside of the paper bag like many vacs have. I am thinking I will make a cloth bag eventually. This machine is a good compromise between a $2000 vac and a walmart vac.

Easy Cleaning Machine
So far it's great! I will save my opinion until I've used it a couple of weeks

Excellent vacuum cleaner
Very happy - excellent suction, quiet, head reaches places underneath furniture and beside wall. Fun and easy to use. Best vacuum cleaner I’ve had.

Not closed system
Claims to be closed system but there is a vent switch right where your hand naturally goes. So when using the vent gets opened making it not closed system & can spread what your vacuuming back into air. I had to painters tape it shut but then just decided that it wasn’t worth it to keep. The whole reason I bought it was for a hepa, closed system vacuum to get spores & lead, & dirt & debris to have a healthy home. But with vent just seemed pointless. I returned it, not worth the money.
