The first phone had an inner screen issue. I am really impressed with seller who addressed the issue literally within 24 hours by sending a new phone himself and giving me a high memory version just for the trouble I went through. I highly recommend this seller

Phone is is perfect condition visually ,but I understood it was used after I open the seal .The cover was not fitting well and there is very small 2 scratches on the corner .4star is for not giving true correct info about phone . People should know what they buying

The phone has a network lock couldn't use was so disappointed 😔and my refund didn't reach me

Very disappointed with the phone and Samsung. Within 10 months of usage the foldable screen cracked in its middle section from the inside. The phone was under warranty but Samsung support was a horrible experience. They kept doing their best to use any excuse to charge me $500 to fix it. Although the phone was protected by a Samsung cover, they found one small unrelated scratch not even close to the screen and said this is a fragile phone, any scratch can disconnect the screen internally. The phone never fell or was damage, I highly don’t recommend buying a foldable phone from Samsung.
