Works great!
I have tenosynovitis and more often than not, I find myself moving my thumb in a way where it'll make my situation worse. I have had a cast put on me for a month and splints but they just seem too uncomfortable for me. Some of them don't even fit me good. My doctor recommended this tape to immobilize my hand. I'm already at a job where I don't have to move my thumb as much but it hurts when I sleep on it the wrong way. This tape definitely helped immobilize my thumb! It sticks really good that's why it's a bit hard to remove it. I already figured it was going to be a little bit uncomfortable to remove it. Overall it works great and it helped me a lot!

Pattern helpful for measuring, more durable than other brands
Rocktape is a good combination of light support and durability. I like this particular roll because the bands of color help me measure consistently (e.g., yellow to blue) so I don’t have to remeasure length when re-taping the same taping. It stands up to water better than KT tape and other brands, and lasts longer in areas that move a lot or come into contact with water more. I most recently used it to tape for De Quervain's tenosynovitis— basically thumb tendinitis. Obviously, I wash my hands when I go to the bathroom, and hands move a lot throughout the day. It lasts 1-2 days on my hands—closer to 2 days if I do a good job. I’ve taped other areas and it stays on 5-7 days depending on the area/taping/clothes I’m wearing.Other Pros: I have sensitive skin and have not had an issue with the adhesive used.As a side note: there IS another product— Rocktape H2O that I havent tried that is designed for water sports that might last longer on hands. I used the regular because I had it on hand—so to speak (pun intended).

Doesn't hurt to take off, relieves joint pain when on
I initially bought this rocktape in the rainbow color for a demonstration through my job; I needed something that would be safe for long-term skin contact and wouldn't hurt to remove. I also have severe, chronic joint and muscle pain so I figured I'd try out the rest on my body to test its pain-relieving properties, too.Not only was it perfect for my demonstration, it also -- to my skeptical surprise -- significantly reduced pain in my joints. I first tested it on my plantar fasciitis by putting it on one foot and talking a walk. The foot with the tape felt as fantastic as it could while the other untaped foot left me limping. I immediately decided to put tape on both plantar fascia, then extended it to taping up my Achilles tendons (also have tendinitis there), taping up my knees, and taping up my wrists. I was a walking rainbow and I hadn't felt that pain-free in a long time (I did still feel pain, but it was noticeably less than my normal pain levels). I bought two more sets of rocktape in different colors and plan on using it continuously. It sticks to skin super well, but sometimes has problems overlapping and sticking to itself. So far, it hasn't wanted to stick to itself when overlapping on my foot, but it is holding fine while overlapping on my knee, so location seems to factor into that. I haven't left it on all five days, but I did leave it on for about three before changing it and it was still snugly attached, even through showers. Pulling it off doesn't hurt and it doesn't pull hair out.In short, I like it. Anything that actually reduces my pain and increases my ability to move around deserves five stars in my book.

Great for Special Needs Kids!
I use kinesio tape for my 2 yo son who has spastic quad cp. I helps with tons of things but one of the main things I use it for is supination of the arms and legs, and/or opening his hands. It works well excepts for when I need to open his hands. He sweats a lot because of his hands being clenched so tightly all the time. When I apply the tape to his hands the tape won't hold up to the sweat. But its workable for a good 30 mins which overall is a long enough time for me to do some PT with him and than take it off easily with some Unisolve. Its definitely one of the more rough, hard tapes that I've used but I like that in regards to it being more firm in its application to control pronation. The fun color are SWEET too!! I ordered the rainbow colors for my son. He loves looking at it.

So far very pleased, eases pain, stayed on while dancing
I'm very pleased with thickness, color and quality of this tape. PT showed me how to put it on my knee which has caused me a lot of pain since my meniscus surgery. I went dancing last night wearing it and not only did it stay on, but it was very effective in toning down the pain so I could have fun. Somewhat expensive but I think it's SO worth it. My therapist usrs KT tape, it peels back every time on me. I think Rock tape is stronger.

strong , fun and no tape rash
Sometimes tape from this company gives me a weird rash but for some reason the rainbow color doesn't lol. I think the adhesive is different than the waterproof ones that give me a rash. Also helps me with major ankle instability. With the tape I can go barefoot. Before I had too much ankle instability to be barefoot . Is water resistant but peels away a bit after water.

Literally holding my kneecap in place
This tape is amazing - my PT used it on my kneecap that refuses to track straight and the amount of pain and pressure relief I get when that single strip of RockTape is pulled across my knee is quite remarkable. All my ortho docs have said it’s something I can use regularly without fear of any adverse side effects, it stays on for days and when you peel it off it doesn’t leave a nasty residue. Can get through multiple showers and workouts. Highly recommend as a non-invasive solution to joint and muscle issues.

Less stick, more cost.
Maybe I got a bad roll, but mine had LESS stick than Physix Gear Sport Kinesiology Tape 2" x 16.5' Pro (Orange) Single and cost much more. This may work if you're doing multiple wraps so it can stick to itself, but if you want to use it in a single-layer strip I don't recommend it. I was hoping this product would stick better than the Physix tape and now I'm not sure what I'll do with it.
