Quality took a dive.
I've bought this sausage several times with no complaints but my last order was a real disappointment. The fat content seems to have increased. It's not as good as it once was. I literally threw it away after opening one.

I like summer sausage. But give this brand a miss. Pepper Joe’s Jalapeno Cheddar Summer Sausage did not live up to expectations. Again, very dry.
