We used this spice in Mediterranean kabobs and it was delicious. Also used it in dishes too. Highly recommend.

I've tried several Lebanese/mediterranean spices and this one is the best. 2 lbs of ground turkey was great. need to try it with beef next.

I really enjoy other ethnic cultures food and decide to give this seasoning a try as I like the place that serves Kabobs in my area. The packaging was good, the shipping was fast and the flavor was great. I didn't to anything really special out side of adding some chopped up onion to my mixture. I split the seasoning in half with one pound for ground beef and one pound for ground chicken. I must say, I really enjoyed the ground chicken and can't wait to actually spice this up a little more, but for a quick down an dirty this meal can out way better than expected. Would definitely purchase again.

Great Mix for Kabab

Tasted okay, but not as good as the flavor when my Persian friend made it.

My family loves my version of lulu kababs. This seasoning makes it!

The spice mix is a hit with 2 of my 3 sons. I think the best way to use this is to mix as directed but in a large ziplock type bag. Place in refrigerator overnight and allow the spices to really absorb into the meat. Cook as directed the next day. I made chapati and ate the burger on it. Would have been better with tzatziki sauce.

This has become a staple seasoning in our kitchen. Just tonight I used it as a dry rub on some chicken. It's much more versatile than just for kabob. I've also found that it works well with wild boar meat.
