Helps me fall asleep
It appears to work just fine - helps me get groggy so I can fall asleep. Recommended by my g.p. BUT - I have 1 lot number, and the pills inside are 2 different colors, and very slightly different sizes. WHY?

I heard taking melatonin may be useful for osteoporosis, which I have. This was the most reasonably priced trusted brand I could find. I might be getting slightly better sleep quality, though honestly not enough to be certain this caused anything there.

Very strong effective melatonin, the 3 mg is enough
This stuff zonks me out within 30 minutes of me taking this at night. I do notice a "hangover" and have difficulty focusing / waking up in the morning afterwards. So I would be careful about planning whatever you have to do the next day especially if you have to wake up early.
