Make sure the ink refill kit is available in the market before buying this printer!!!
I have recently purchased Canon PIXMA PRO-200 A3 Printer which was launched last year in India for all the great features and reviews I have heard about this printer everywhere. But now I am starting to regret this purchase as I can not find the refill ink bottles(CL-65 ink) for this printer or even the ink cartridges anywhere. I can't even find the inks online! So my printer is just lying in a corner eating dust with little ink left in the cartridge.I bought this printer at great cost for my photography business, and undeniably the printing output is just everything I want. But without the refill ink it's not very useful. I spoke with the Amazon seller on email, and even they don't have the canon ink! Now I am all helpless with none to blame but myself. I am not getting any response from Canon via phone, whatsapp, emails whatsoever, just the automated replies. Why is Canon selling these printers if they can't produce the refill kits in the market?? It's a shame for such a huge company!!
