First off, this is a beautiful looking stainless steel pizza oven. It is constructed well and the operating temperature is perfect. I baked my 16" pizzas for 14 minutes at 300C (572F). Awesome results! You can remove the baking stones for easy clean up. I posted pictures on the the Chicago Style Pizza Group on Facebook and I had an amazing response from members about the oven. I highly recommend this Pizza oven.

This is a great home pizza oven for making one pair of Pizzas.PROS• 110v plug – I have mine in my 20a kitchen GFI plug.• Two pizza bays.• Heating elements above and below each bay for keeping even heating.• Nice pizza stones in each bay (not just one).CONS• Remember that great 110v plug working on my 20a circuit? There is a reason your oven and dryer are 220v 30-50a. It takes a long time to bring this oven up to heat. If you crank it all the way up, it will NEVER turn off the elements. It does get hot enough for cooking a pair of pizzas.• Cooking a pair of pizzas bring down the heat level of the oven. Again, 110v 20a takes time. You can’t cook a second set of pizzas without waiting "too long" for re-heating. Note that this is not going to be specific to this oven – EVERY low power oven will have this issue. Heat costs power.• Dials are in Celsius. No biggie if you have heard of Google.• Calls for an additional ground wire to be attached to the outer chassis. This is simlar to modern ovens and dryers requiring a 4-wire plug. It surprised me since it is 110v with a three-prong plug. I’m assuming it is “code” since it is technically an oven.

I didn’t like the product so I decided to return but the sellers wants $250 for shipping back never buy anything from Amazon again

I was content with the oven, it worked well even though it didn't get as hot as quickly as another electric pizza oven I have, I was satisfied with my purchase. However, after about 6 months of use, the power switches (circled in red in the attached photo) just burned out one day, and the oven stopped working. I was disappointed to have spent so much money on this oven, to have it stop working so soon, but I decided to contact the seller before giving up hope on using the oven again, and ask if they sold replacement parts. I don't know if the seller of the oven is also the manufacturer of the oven, but either way, they were kind enough to offer excellent customer support, and they mailed me a replacement switch free of charge! Yes, I did have to pay an electrical appliance repairman, out of pocket, to replace the switch, however for me that option was cheaper than shipping the oven back for repairs, or purchasing a new one.

I love this oven! I have had it for about 6 months with no problems. It easily makes 2 pizzas at once. Had my company Christmas party and in about 4 -5 hours made over 40 pizzas! At one point it got too hot I allowed it to cool off for about 10 minutes then it was ready to go again! The pizzas are delicious

Oven never reaches temperature that you set. Already quit working after a month. Definitely not useful for more than one or two pizzas. Tried to ask for refund but was informed it wasn’t “eligible” for refund.

It heats up great and cook the pizza good.Dislike it was bent in 2 places.
