Easy to use, accurate and good value
In direct comparison to a few other reviewers, I found this meter exceedingly easy to use! I don't understand how it could be thought difficult. The instructions are clear and easy to follow (though it's pretty self explanatory, the instructions are hardly needed). It seems pretty accurate, having tested it against a different machine and on another person. I'm a new user, and I bought this as I suspect I'm verging on pre-diabetes given my symptoms (and the readings seem to verify my suspicions), so it's a change of diet and a visit to the doc for me! Do NOT use alcohol wipes to clean your finger, as another reviewer has suggested, as even when dried, these leave a residue and will affect the reading. Simply wash hands well with a mild soap and water and dry on a paper towel. The lancet is pain-free and works well (mine is set to 3) and the whole lot comes with a little bag, which is handy (though it's a cheap looking nylon bag that probably won't stand the test of time so I'll probably swap it out for a better one!). Everything fits in though; the meter fits in the right hand elasticated pocket, the lancet device fits in a little elastic strap in the centre and the test strip vial fits into another elastic strap on the left side, at the top. The lancets themselves fit in the left hand elasticated pocket. I put mine in a grip-sealed reusable bag, then into the pocket, or they spill everywhere. Replacement test strips and lancets can be bought easily enough when needed, though they are a tad expensive, but then, what price health? Overall it's a nifty piece of equipment and well worth the money. My only query is regarding the apparently unused USB slot on the bottom of the unit. I've no idea what it's for and there's no mention of it in the literature or their website. I wondered whether it was too allow the transfer of data from the meter to a PC or phone app, as the meter memorise the last 200 readings. When reading 201 is then taken, it deletes reading number 1, and so on, so older data is lost unless it's been noted elsewhere. Being able to download the 200 readings, then delete the lot ready for the next 200, would be very handy indeed. That's a very minor thing though. All in all, I'd say ignore the naysayers (any mass produced item has a few duds in a run, it can't be helped. It's easy enough to return and replace) and give this a go. You won't be disappointed.

The must have for all diabetic persons who need to keep and eye on their levels.
I bought this to keep an eye on my fathers blood levels. He had one previously and he needed a new one.Found this on amazon and it was simple and easy to use. What I wasn’t sure about was the pricking o the finger but it was easy enough for him. It comes with enough of the stops but you can buy more.It is portable me the battery is fine last.I can tell it is accurate based on when he uses it.I definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to keep and eye on the blood sugar levels.

Very Inaccurate and wrong test result
I have tested Sinocare angle with two strips in 20 seconds and got 8.1 and 9.8. I have tested it with more strips and it was the same big variation in results.I had a blood test in the morning with the clinic and before that, in my car, I checked my blood glucose with this and showed 6.7. But later when results come from the clinic report, it was 8.8!!!!This meter has a huge error that can be very misleading and dangerous.you can do this test and comparison to see how inaccurate is this meter. and it is quite dangerous because you can not trust the results of this monitor. as well it looks very cheap and rubbish design. It has a mini USB port but there is no instruction what is it!!! or display has lots of options and signed but none has been used or there is no menu. completely rubbish.Just waste of money, it is better to pay more and get a reliable Blood Glucose meter.
